2025 Patriot All-America: Connor Williams and Reagan Zibilski Claim Titles
In a week largely devoid of major golf events until 2026, the spotlight was on Arizona, where the prestigious Patriot All-America took place. This unique tournament concluded on Wednesday, showcasing some of the world’s top amateur golfers.
Key Highlights from the Tournament
Winners
- Connor Williams (Arizona State) – Men’s Champion
- Reagan Zibilski (Arkansas) – Women’s Champion
- Connor Henry (Middle Tennessee State) – Thunderbird Title Winner
Format and Participants
The Patriot All-America Invitational is a distinctive tournament that draws together PING All-Americans from NCAA Divisions I, II, III, NAIA, and NJCAA, along with 2024 First Team All-America Seniors from the AJGA and other special invitees. This year’s event featured 159 nationally recognized male and female golfers competing in a 54-hole format.
Connor Williams’ Dominance
Williams delivered an impressive performance, shooting a final round score of 4-under 66 at the Wigwam Course. His total score of 14 under par secured him a commanding six-shot victory.
In his post-tournament remarks, Williams said, “It feels amazing. I look forward to this tournament every winter break, and to come back to my second year and get the win means a lot. I think I was in control of most of my game, playing very smart and avoiding bogeys. I only made three bogeys all week, which is huge.”
Reagan Zibilski’s Triumph
Zibilski also impressed with a final round score of 4-under 66, finishing the tournament at 6 under par. Her victory came by a narrow margin of one shot over USC’s Kylie Chong and 2023 champion Tillie Claggett from Vanderbilt.
Reflecting on her performance, Zibilski noted, “It’s been a long year and a fun year, so capping off 2025 with a win means so much. I stayed patient and let the putts fall whenever they presented themselves.”
The Importance of the Patriot All-America
The Patriot All-America honors fallen or severely wounded soldiers in collaboration with the Folds of Honor Foundation. A noteworthy aspect of the tournament is that participants receive a golf bag donated by PING Corporation at the opening ceremony, which bears the name and branch of service of a fallen or injured military member or first responder whom they represent.
Golfers are also provided with a card that tells the soldier’s story, providing them with a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by these individuals. At the tournament’s conclusion, the golf bags are sent to the players’ respective schools and auctioned, with all proceeds benefiting the Folds of Honor Foundation.
The 2025 Patriot All-America not only highlights remarkable golf talent but also honors those who have made significant sacrifices for their country, marrying the spirit of competition with a profound sense of gratitude.
