The players competed in four groups of four for eight holes of stroke play, with the top four players progressing to a one-hole playoff.
In the early stages of the tournament, Garrett Clark took the lead with a birdie on the 10th hole. Wesley Bryan then moved into the lead with his first birdie of the day on the 12th hole, followed by an eagle chance on the 13th that ended in a birdie, putting him two-under and one shot ahead. Meanwhile, Tyler Toney struggled with the rough and finished bottom of the leaderboard at 10-over.
Luke Kwon made a strong move with back-to-back birdies on the 12th and 13th holes, keeping him in contention. Aimee Cho also joined the group at one-under with a chip-in birdie on the 13th. The leaderboard remained tight as Steele, Walsh, and Dalke made birdies to stay in the running. Wesley Bryan saved par on the 16th to finish the stroke play section at two-under, securing his spot in the playoff.
In the playoff, Bryan, Steele, Walsh, and Kwon advanced to the 18th hole. Steele made a crucial 55-foot birdie putt to tie for the lead, while Kwon had a nine-foot putt for par to join the playoff. Ultimately, Kwon emerged victorious, sinking a six-foot putt for birdie to claim the title of the first-ever Creator Classic champion.
The final leaderboard showcased Wesley Bryan at the top with a score of -2, followed by Roger Steele, Sean Walsh, and Luke Kwon at -1. Brad Dalke, Micah Morris, and Peter Finch finished at even par, while George Bryan and Paige Spiranac rounded out the top ten. Gabby DeGasperis finished at +3, with Mason Nutt, Aimee Cho, Fat Perez, Garrett Clark, Mac Boucher, and Tyler Toney completing the leaderboard.
