The Legacy Club at Diamante Cabo San Lucas is an exclusive private resort community that is currently under construction. Designed by Ken Jowdy and featuring a course designed by Tiger Woods, the Legacy Club aims to provide a luxurious experience for its members. With only 14 Founder Estates lots available, the Legacy Club is capped at a maximum of 250 members.

The Legacy Club will feature lush landscaping, water features, and a secluded environment that offers a stark contrast to the existing desert terrain of the surrounding area. Tiger Woods’ design team is working to create an oasis in the desert, with options for golfers to navigate routes from tee to green while playing alongside and over water on 13 holes. The course will also include unique comfort stations, paying homage to the concept of halfway houses.

Grassing of the course is expected to begin soon, with the hope that the Legacy Club will eventually become the new home of the World Wide Technology Championship, a PGA Tour event. Ken Jowdy envisions Tiger Woods being a fixture at the Legacy Club, as Woods already owns a restaurant at Diamante and is a regular attendee at member-guest events. The initiation fee for the Legacy Club is $300,000 with annual dues of $60,000.

With only a limited number of lots available and a focus on creating a high-end golf experience, the Legacy Club aims to attract discerning golfers and those looking for a luxurious lifestyle in Cabo San Lucas. With a focus on exclusivity and quality, the Legacy Club is set to become a premier destination for golf enthusiasts and luxury travelers.

As construction progresses on the Legacy Club, the attention to detail and commitment to creating a unique golf experience is evident in every aspect of the development. From the landscaping to the design of the course itself, the Legacy Club is shaping up to be a one-of-a-kind destination in Cabo San Lucas.

The partnership between Ken Jowdy and Tiger Woods on the Legacy Club project highlights the commitment to excellence and the desire to create something truly special in the world of golf. With a long-term vision for the property, the Legacy Club is poised to become a standout destination for golfers and luxury travelers alike. Stay tuned for more updates on the development of the Legacy Club at Diamante Cabo San Lucas.
