Travis Club, a new golf community near Austin, Texas, recently broke ground, with architect Beau Welling at the helm. The Travis Club project includes 106 home sites, with half of them already sold. The remaining sites, ranging from half-acre to just under three acres, start at around $800,000. The development has been carefully designed to integrate with the natural beauty of the Lake Travis area, with over 50% of the property dedicated to golf, open space, or conservation areas. This approach reflects a commitment to preserving the environment while providing exceptional amenities for residents and members.
