Great Britain and Ireland Secure Victory in the Curtis Cup

Great Britain & Ireland secured a historic 10½-9½ victory over the USA in the 43rd Curtis Cup at Sunningdale, led by Captain Catriona Matthew. This victory marked the first win for GB & I in the Curtis Cup since 2016 and only the ninth win in the history of the contest. The team needed 3.5 points from the eight singles matches to triumph, and players from Ireland, England, and Scotland delivered victories to secure the win.

The final day of the Curtis Cup saw a tense and thrilling competition that ebbed and flowed, with the USA initially taking the lead in six matches.
