Tyrell Hatton is known for his exceptional skills on the golf course, and his equipment plays a crucial role in his success. As of the PGA Championship, his bag is a carefully curated selection of clubs and gear that helps him achieve his best game. Let’s take a closer look at what’s in Tyrell Hatton’s bag to see how his equipment contributes to his performance.

At the heart of Hatton’s bag is his driver, the Ping G430 LST with 10.5 degrees of loft. This club is paired with a Mitsubishi Diamana TB 60 TX shaft, providing him with the accuracy and distance he needs off the tee. The combination of the Ping G430 LST and the Mitsubishi shaft allows Hatton to achieve optimal launch and spin for maximum distance and control.

In addition to his driver, Hatton also carries a Ping G430 Max 3-wood with 15 degrees of loft. This club is equipped with a Mitsubishi Diamana TB 70 TX shaft, providing him with a reliable option for longer shots from the fairway. The combination of the Ping G430 Max 3-wood and the Mitsubishi shaft allows Hatton to achieve a consistent and powerful ball flight with excellent accuracy.

For longer approach shots, Hatton trusts his Ping G430 Max 7-wood with 21 degrees of loft. This club is paired with a Mitsubishi Diamana DF 80 TX shaft, providing him with a versatile option for tackling challenging lies and distances. The combination of the Ping G430 Max 7-wood and the Mitsubishi shaft allows Hatton to confidently attack pins from a variety of distances with precision and control.

When it comes to his irons, Hatton relies on a combination of Ping i230 (3-6) and Ping Blueprint S (7-PW). These irons are equipped with Nippon N.S. Pro Modus3 Tour 120 X shafts, providing him with a consistent and reliable ball flight for maximum control and distance. The combination of the Ping irons and Nippon shafts allows Hatton to hit precise shots with the accuracy and spin he needs to navigate any course with confidence.

In the short game, Hatton trusts a set of Ping S159 4.0 wedges with 50-12S and 54-12S lofts, as well as a Vokey Design WedgeWorks 60-T wedge. These wedges are equipped with Nippon N.S. Pro Modus 3 Tour 120 X and True Temper Dynamic Gold Tour Issue X100 shafts, providing him with the versatility and spin control he needs around the greens. The combination of the Ping and Vokey wedges with the Nippon and True Temper shafts allows Hatton to execute delicate and precise shots with confidence and accuracy.

To complete his setup, Hatton relies on a Ping PLD Oslo Prototype putter and Golf Pride MC Plus 4 grips for a comfortable and consistent feel in his hands. He also plays with a Titleist Pro V1x ball, providing him with the performance and spin characteristics he needs to excel on the greens. With his carefully selected clubs and gear, Hatton is well-equipped to tackle any course and compete at the highest level in professional golf.
