Bryson DeChambeau, in collaboration with LA Golf’s Chief Design Officer Jeff Meyer, has co-designed a new driver that is set to revolutionize the golf equipment industry. The LA Golf driver is the result of a long-teased partnership between DeChambeau and the company, known for its high-quality shafts, putters, and golf balls. The driver, which was first mentioned by DeChambeau in a YouTube video earlier this year, aims to cater to each player’s specific swing speed by offering five face options.

DeChambeau’s vision for the LA Golf driver is to create a driver that is suitable for both his high swing speed and the average golfer looking to improve distance and accuracy. The driver features five face options, each designed to optimize performance based on the player’s clubhead speed range. This innovative approach eliminates the need for multiple drivers, as one driver can accommodate various swing speeds with its adjustable loft feature.

The five face options available for the LA Golf driver are tailored to different swing speed profiles, ranging from below 90 mph to over 135 mph. Each face is designed to reduce sidespin on off-center strikes, effectively transforming slices into fades and hooks into draws. To assist players in finding the right fit, LA Golf has created an online quiz that considers various factors to recommend the ideal face and shaft combination for each golfer.

As a company that originally focused on producing high-quality shafts, LA Golf ensures that the new driver comes equipped with a premium A-Series shaft. The driver retails for $649 and includes the A-Series shaft as standard, with the option to upgrade to other LA Golf wood shaft offerings for an additional cost. The A-Series shaft is designed to cater to both Tour players and amateurs, offering different flight profiles and spin characteristics based on the player’s swing type.

The LA Golf driver’s unique design and customizable features make it a standout choice for golfers looking to enhance their performance on the course. By incorporating input from Bryson DeChambeau, a two-time U.S. Open champion known for his innovative approach to the game, LA Golf has created a driver that caters to a wide range of players’ needs. The driver’s ability to optimize performance based on swing speed and reduce sidespin on mishits sets it apart from traditional drivers on the market.

With the LA Golf driver now available for purchase, golfers have the opportunity to experience a truly personalized and game-changing piece of equipment. The driver’s innovative design, coupled with its premium shaft offerings, positions it as a leading choice for players looking to elevate their performance on the course. Whether you’re a weekend golfer or a seasoned professional, the LA Golf driver offers a unique blend of technology, customization, and performance that is sure to make an impact on your game.
