Prize Money Payouts for PGA Tour Players at the 2024 Memorial Tournament

Scottie Scheffler secured his fifth victory of the season at the Memorial, earning $4 million and bringing his total season earnings to over $24 million, surpassing Xander Schauffele. Runner-up Collin Morikawa and Ben An joined the ranks of players who have crossed the $5 million mark in earnings this season. A closer look at the prize money payouts from the $20 million purse reveals the amounts earned by each player who made the cut.

Scheffler’s victory at Muirfield Village Golf Club in Ohio earned him $4,000,000, while Morikawa took home $2,200,000 for finishing one stroke behind. Adam Hadwin, who finished in third place, earned $1,400,000, followed by Christiaan Bezuidenhout in fourth with $1,000,000. Matt Fitzpatrick, Ludvig Aberg, and Sepp Straka tied for fifth, earning $766,667 each.

Hideki Matsuyama, Sungjae Im, Tony Finau, and Xander Schauffele tied for eighth place, each earning $579,000. Victor Perez, Sahith Theegala, and Nick Dunlap tied for twelfth place, each taking home $430,333. Billy Horschel, Sam Burns, Si Woo Kim, Viktor Hovland, and Rory McIlroy tied for fifteenth, with each player earning $329,000.

Corey Conners and Tommy Fleetwood tied for twentieth, each earning $259,500. Alex Noren, Byeong Hun An, J.T. Poston, Max Homa, and Akshay Bhatia tied for twenty-second, with each player taking home $200,200. Emiliano Grillo, Adam Svensson, Nick Taylor, Davis Thompson, Russell Henley, and Seamus Power tied for twenty-seventh, earning $143,500 each.

Justin Thomas, Taylor Pendrith, Matt Kuchar, Peter Malnati, Jason Day, and Brian Harman tied for thirty-third, each earning $106,500. Austin Eckroat and Denny McCarthy tied for thirty-ninth, each earning $88,000. Thomas Detry and Will Zalatoris tied for forty-first, each taking home $80,000.

Tom Kim and Keegan Bradley tied for forty-third, each earning $72,000. Tom Hoge, Lee Hodges, Andrew Putnam, and Eric Cole tied for forty-fifth, with each player earning $60,500. Shane Lowry finished in forty-ninth place, earning $54,000. Cameron Young and Cam Davis tied for fiftieth, each taking home $51,500. Jackson Koivun, an amateur, finished in fifty-second place and did not earn any prize money.
