Wilson Golf recently launched their Staff Model ZM wedges, aiming to maximize spin and spin retention in all conditions. These wedges are designed to help golfers fine-tune their short game for optimal performance on the course. Constructed from soft forged 8620 carbon steel, the Staff Model ZM wedges feature a new high-spin groove construction, face milling, and Garnet Face Blasted finish for enhanced ball interaction. The straight leading edge and progressive center of gravity design improve trajectory control, especially in higher lofted wedges.

Available in six loft options ranging from 50 to 60 degrees, with custom order options for 46 and 48 degrees, these wedges cater to golfers of all skill levels. The Staff Model ZM wedges also offer various bounce options in the 56, 58, and 60-degree lofts, providing versatility for different playing conditions. Feedback from Wilson Golf’s Pro Performance Equipment Manager, Harry Nodwell, and forum members who tested these wedges at Pinehurst has been overwhelmingly positive.

Members who tested the Staff Model ZM wedges at Pinehurst praised their performance, feel, and spin control. Many users reported feeling more confident in their short game and appreciated the wedges’ versatility on different shots. The traditional shape and soft feel of the wedges, combined with their affordable price point of $150, make them a compelling option for golfers in the market for new wedges. The Wilson team’s focus on R&D has resulted in a high-quality product that rivals other OEM wedges on the market.

In conclusion, the Wilson Staff Model ZM wedges offer premium performance at an affordable price point, making them a top choice for golfers looking to upgrade their wedges. The positive feedback from forum members and Wilson Golf’s commitment to innovation and quality make these wedges a standout product in their lineup. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned golfer, the Staff Model ZM wedges provide the spin control and consistency needed to elevate your short game. Visit the forum thread or reach out to Wilson Golf for more information on these impressive wedges.
