Xander Schauffele is a professional golfer on the PGA Tour who is quickly making a name for himself in the golf world. At just 30 years old, Schauffele has already accumulated an impressive 55 consecutive cuts, a feat that shows his consistency and skill on the course. To put this in perspective, Tiger Woods holds the record for the most consecutive cuts made at 142, a mark that Schauffele will have to work hard to surpass.

In 2024, Schauffele played in an average of 21 events per year, which is a rigorous schedule for any professional golfer. In order to break Tiger Woods’ record of 142 consecutive cuts made, Schauffele will need to continue this pace and not miss a cut for the next four-plus years. This will require a high level of skill, focus, and consistency from Schauffele, but based on his track record so far, he is up for the challenge.

Throughout his career, Schauffele has made an impressive 160 cuts in 183 starts, showcasing his ability to perform consistently well in tournaments. This places him among some of the top golfers in the world and highlights his potential to achieve even greater success in the future. Jay Haas currently holds the record for the most overall cuts made on the PGA Tour with 592, a number that Schauffele may have in his sights as he continues to excel in his career.

Despite his success, Schauffele is not immune to the occasional missed cut. His last missed cut was at the 2022 Masters, showing that even the best golfers have their off days. However, Schauffele’s ability to bounce back from setbacks and continue to perform at a high level is a testament to his mental toughness and dedication to his craft. As he strives to break records and make a lasting impact on the game of golf, Schauffele will undoubtedly face challenges along the way, but his resilience and talent will carry him through.
