Review of the Under Armour Drive Rain Jacket

Under Armour is a well-known brand in the world of sports apparel, and their golf range is no exception. As a longtime fan of the brand, I was thrilled to review their latest rain jacket. Having tested plenty of golf apparel in the past, I had high expectations for this particular model, and I was not disappointed. The Under Armour Drive Rain Jacket exceeded all my expectations and stood up against the elements on the golf course.

The upgraded rain jacket quickly replaced an older version in my golf bag, and I eagerly awaited a rainy day to put it to the test. Fortunately, I got my wish at Denham Golf Club in late September, where the jacket proved to be 100% waterproof. It repelled the relentless stream of water and allowed me to continue my round in comfort. The jacket is easy to store in golf bag pockets and feels like a second skin when worn, allowing for unrestricted movement and breathability.

The jacket’s windproof construction keeps me protected from the elements, even when the wind is whipping through the trees. The secure zip hand pockets are perfect for storing essential items like tees and gloves, and the adjustable cuffs and bottom hem allow for a customized fit. While the looser fit may not be to everyone’s taste, I appreciate the ability to adjust the jacket to my liking.

Overall, I have very few negative things to say about this excellent rain jacket. It has quickly become a staple in my golf wardrobe, and I can see it standing the test of time. Despite the slightly higher price point, I believe the jacket offers good value for the quality and performance it provides. It will take a lot to convince me to switch my allegiances to another brand at this point.

In conclusion, the Under Armour Drive Rain Jacket is a top-performing piece of golf apparel that exceeds expectations in terms of waterproofing, breathability, and comfort. Its windproof construction and adjustable features make it a versatile and reliable option for golfers who play in varied weather conditions. While the price may be on the higher end, the quality and performance of this jacket make it a worthwhile investment for any golfer looking for a durable and dependable rain jacket. I highly recommend the Under Armour Drive Rain Jacket to any golfer in need of a reliable and high-performing piece of outerwear for their rounds on the course.
