The latest women’s college golf coaches polls for the fall 2024 season have been released by the Women’s Golf Coaches Association. Stanford in Division I and Keiser in NAIA are both repeat No. 1s in their respective polls. Joining them this time around are Anderson in Division II and Emory in Division III. Stanford’s lead in Division I was slightly reduced, with Arkansas climbing to No. 2 in the poll and South Carolina slipping to No. 3. The next Mizuno WGCA Coaches polls are set to be released on November 15.

In Division I, the top 5 schools are Stanford, Arkansas, South Carolina, Texas, and USC. Stanford received 18 first-place votes, while Arkansas received 3. The rankings for Division II and III are led by Anderson and Emory, respectively. In NAIA, Keiser retains its top spot with 7 first-place votes. The Women’s Golf Coaches Association, founded in 1983, represents over 750 coaches across the U.S. The organization aims to promote and recognize its members and the student-athletes they represent.

The individual rankings for each division feature top schools such as Arizona State, Oregon, and Texas A&M in Division I, as well as Anderson, Dallas Baptist, and Findlay in Division II. In Division III, schools like Carnegie Mellon, Pomona-Pitzer, and George Fox are among the top-ranked teams. The NAIA rankings include British Columbia, SCAD Savannah, and Lindsey Wilson College.

These polls serve as a benchmark for the performance of women’s college golf teams across different divisions. Coaches and players use these rankings to assess their standing in the competitive landscape of collegiate golf. The top schools in each division have worked hard to earn their positions and will continue to strive for excellence throughout the season.

The Women’s Golf Coaches Association plays a vital role in supporting and promoting women’s collegiate golf. With a focus on education and fostering a spirit of competition, the WGCA is dedicated to helping student-athletes achieve their full potential both on and off the course. As the season progresses, these polls will be updated to reflect the latest performances of each team, providing valuable insights for coaches and players alike.
