Lydia Ko gets emotional in booth while watching LPGA Hall of Fame tribute video

Lydia Ko was overcome with emotion as she was welcomed into the LPGA Hall of Fame during The Annika driven by Gainbridge at Pelican tournament. This momentous occasion was marked by tributes from legendary players like Pat Bradley and Meg Mallon, as well as heartfelt words from her older sister Sura. Ko expressed her gratitude for the recognition, emphasizing the importance of the relationships she has built in the golf world. At just 27 years old, Ko achieved the 27 points needed to qualify for the LPGA Hall of Fame after winning the AIG Women’s British Open at St. Andrews. Ko’s induction into the Hall of Fame makes her the 35th player to receive this honor and the 25th player to earn the required points.
