Chart Hills Golf Club in Kent has recently introduced new on-site accommodation called The Barn, providing guests with the option of a luxurious stay in modern surroundings before and after a round of golf. The Barn can accommodate up to eight guests in four suites named Faldo, Lilypad, Oak, and Gold, reflecting core themes on the golf course and honoring the course designer, Sir Nick Faldo. This accommodation is just a short walk away from the first tee of the championship course.

In addition to the comfortable suites, The Barn also offers a communal lounge, a private garden with outdoor seating, an artificial putting green for practice, and high-speed wi-fi for guests’ convenience. Guests can also request custom-stocked fridges, beauty essentials in each room, and enjoy a complimentary breakfast at the clubhouse bar. The rooms are stylishly furnished with modern amenities to ensure a relaxing stay for all guests.

The general manager of Chart Hills Golf Club, Anthony Tarchetti, expressed excitement about the addition of The Barn to their offerings, stating that it is part of the club’s commitment to providing the best experience for members, guests, and visitors. The club has made investments in various areas in recent years, and The Barn is a significant step forward in expanding their stay-and-play options, enhancing the overall Chart Hills experience.

Guests staying at The Barn will have the opportunity to play on Chart Hills’ championship course, designed by Nick Faldo, which has undergone substantial investment in recent years to enhance the golfing experience. The club has introduced winter stay-and-play packages that include accommodation in The Barn and access to the golf course, starting at £199 per person midweek and £239 on weekends. These packages also include breakfast before tee time and access to the facilities on-site for two days.

In addition to playing on the championship course, guests booking the winter B&B packages will have free access to ‘The Loop,’ Chart Hills’ new six-hole par-three course, as well as full use of the driving range, putting green, and other practice facilities. For bookings, interested guests can email [email protected] and visit www.charthills.co.uk for more details. The winter stay-and-play packages are available until March 2025, providing golfers with a unique opportunity to experience both the luxury accommodation at The Barn and the challenging golf course at Chart Hills Golf Club.
