2024 Hero World Challenge Field Updated with Two New Additions and Two Departures

The 2024 Hero World Challenge, hosted by Tiger Woods, recently announced updates to the field of 20 players. Unfortunately, Woods himself will not be competing in the tournament this year but will continue to serve as the tournament host. Three new players have been added to the field: Justin Thomas, Jason Day, and Nick Dunlap, bringing the total to 20 participants. However, there have also been a few changes in the lineup, with Hideki Matsuyama and Billy Horschel being replaced by Akshay Bhatia and Cameron Young.

The Hero World Challenge is set to take place at Albany in the Bahamas from December 5-8, marking its ninth year at this venue.
