TaylorMade Golf recently made a significant move in the putter market by acquiring Logan Olson, a talented designer and manufacturer of bespoke and small batch putters. Olson, based in Fortuna, California, is known for his technical proficiency and attention to detail in crafting world-class putters. With TaylorMade’s resources and expertise, Olson will continue to lead the design of all Olson products while expanding his work on professional tours with a new Tour Matrix of putter heads. Feedback from top players like Nelly Korda and Collin Morikawa will inspire future designs.

Olson’s collaboration with TaylorMade represents a new chapter in the company’s history of innovation in the golf industry. The acquisition was driven by Olson’s affinity for machining, humble demeanor, and exceptional work ethic. By working alongside TaylorMade’s team of putter experts, Olson will continue to develop his Craft Batch putters and expand his presence in the professional golf world. The latest release, Craft Batch No. 3, showcases Olson’s unique Flumber’s Neck design and will be available for purchase on Dec. 5.

Bridgestone Golf, known for being the top Ball-Fitter in Golf, has introduced a lineup of premium forged irons and wedges designed for players who appreciate traditional craftsmanship and performance. The BRM2 wedges, also forged in Japan, offer innovative milled groove designs inspired by Bridgestone Tire technology.

The new Bridgestone irons cater to different player profiles, with the 220 MB tailored for professionals and competitive amateurs seeking precision and performance. The 221 CB and 222 CB+ offer additional features like a cavity design for higher MOI and a Gravity Control design for optimal spin rates. The BRM2 wedges, available in various lofts, come with a choice of sole designs to suit different playing styles. The new line of irons and wedges will be available at Club Champion for proper fitting.

Saucony and Greyson have teamed up to create the limited-edition Shadow 5000 golf shoe, combining style and functionality for both on and off-course wear. The shoe features a custom outsole designed for traction during swings and comes with dual sockliner options for comfort. Retailing for $210, the unisex shoe will be available on Saucony.com, Greysonclothiers.com, and select golf pro shops starting on December 9th.
