Past players at Shadow Creek include golf legends Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson, who competed in a thrilling version of The Match in 2018.

The project reportedly cost around $60 million, with the price of a round significantly increasing over the years. Originally opened as a private club by Steve Wynn, Shadow Creek was purchased by MGM Resorts International in 2000. Today, it is considered one of the best courses in the USA and the top course in Nevada.
