Motocaddy has extended its partnership as the Official Golf Trolley Partner of the Clutch Pro Tour into the 2024 season, focusing on supporting golf’s next generational talent and leading amateur events. Motocaddy will have branding and course signage at every event, along with product placement and comprehensive promotion on social media and digital marketing channels. Additionally, the brand will provide new electric trolleys and laser rangefinders to eight new brand ambassadors in the Tier 1 schedule.

Last year, two members of the team earned full European Challenge Tour status after finishing first and second on the Order of Merit. The Clutch Pro Tour provides developing professional golfers with opportunities to compete at top championship courses, featuring sixteen 54-hole tournaments where players can gain Official Golf World Ranking points. The 2024 season started with Motocaddy brand ambassador Olly Huggins claiming victory at Heythrop Park and continuing his success at Brocket Hall.

As part of the sponsorship, Motocaddy will title sponsor The Motocaddy Masters at Harleyford Golf Club in September, giving players a last chance to qualify for the Tour Championship. The brand has also renewed its partnership with the Elite Amateur Golf Group and will support all their competitions this year, including the Singles Scratch Matchplay, 4BBB Scratch Knockout, Foursomes Knockout, and Elite Amateur Golf League. Additionally, Motocaddy will continue as the Official Trolley Partner of the Trilby Tour and PlayMoreGolf this year.

Motocaddy will provide electric trolleys as prizes for category winners at four Championship events on the Trilby Tour, including a new M5 GPS electric trolley and Pro-Series bag for the Grand Final winner at Dundonald Links. The brand’s partnership with PlayMoreGolf, a flexible membership scheme that links golfers to numerous golf clubs, allows Motocaddy to promote its products and benefits to a growing number of golfers. By partnering with various organizations, Motocaddy aims to reach golfers of all ages and abilities, spreading the message of how their products can improve performance and enjoyment on the course.

Oliver Churcher, Motocaddy Marketing Director, expressed excitement about supporting talented golfers on their professional journey through the Clutch Pro Tour. The brand’s involvement in supporting amateur and junior events signifies its commitment to nurturing future golfing talent. Motocaddy’s sponsorship of the Tour provides exposure for the brand at high-profile events, showcasing its range of electric trolleys and accessories to players and fans.

Motocaddy’s renewed partnerships with various golf organizations demonstrate a continued focus on engaging with the golfing community and promoting the benefits of their products. By sponsoring tournaments and providing prizes for winners, the brand reinforces its presence in the golf industry and highlights the role of electric trolleys in enhancing players’ performance and enjoyment. As the Official Golf Trolley Partner of prestigious events like the Clutch Pro Tour and the Trilby Tour, Motocaddy solidifies its position as a key player in the golfing world.
