Camiral Golf & Wellness is set to host the inaugural Camiral Open, a new amateur golf tournament for men and women, taking place from March 6-9, 2025. The event will invite golfers from around the world to compete at Spain’s top-ranked golf resort on the Tour Course and Stadium Course, both highly acclaimed layouts in Continental Europe. Flavio Papa, the Director of Golf at Camiral Golf & Wellness, expressed his excitement for the event, highlighting the resort’s legacy as a premier championship golf venue that has previously hosted prestigious events like the Open de España and DP World Tour Catalunya Championship.

Participants in the Camiral Open will have the opportunity to not only enjoy world-class golf but also experience the full Camiral lifestyle, which includes spa treatments, luxury accommodation, and exceptional culinary experiences. The tournament will be played in a two-round individual Stableford format, welcoming amateur golfers with a maximum handicap of 30. The comprehensive package for entrants will include three nights’ accommodation with breakfast, two competitive rounds of golf, a pre-tournament practice round, use of buggies and practice areas, welcome drinks and meals on competition days, as well as a prizegiving dinner and ceremony with exciting prizes such as TaylorMade clubs and luxurious stays at Hotel Camiral.

Participants can choose to stay at either the five-star Hotel Camiral or the four-star LAVIDA Hotel, with packages starting from €698 per person based on double occupancy. Single occupancy supplements apply, and there is also a package available for one golfer and one non-golfer. For those looking for more flexibility, a golf-only package is available at €373 per entrant. Registration is currently open, with spots limited to 92 participants, so those interested are encouraged to secure their place early. For more information and to reserve a spot in the tournament, individuals can visit the Camiral Open tournament page.
