Titleist released the GT family of drivers in September 2022, a new line of drivers under the GT nomenclature. The new drivers include the GT2, GT3, and GT4 models. These drivers have been eagerly anticipated by golf enthusiasts as Titleist has a two-year product cycle for its woods, and the GT drivers are seen as an improvement upon the previous TSR models.

The design of the new Titleist GT drivers is sleek and stylish, typical of Titleist clubs. The shaping of the GT2, GT3, and GT4 models is very similar from address, which can aid in fittings by allowing players to choose based on their preferences. The drivers have a slightly more rounded shape compared to the previous TSR models, with a sleek sole design for improved aerodynamics. The GT alignment mark is a departure from the traditional triangle design.

One notable change in the GT3 driver is the movement of the movable weight back to the sole of the club. This change could result in lower spin and launch for the GT3 model. The face of the GT2 driver appears to be deep, potentially deeper than the previous TSR2 model. The GT2 does not feature the adjustable weight option like the TSR3. The dual weights on the GT4 allow for customization of spin and forgiveness, with a slightly more compact shape.

In addition to the drivers, Titleist also released the GT2 and GT3 fairway woods. These fairway woods feature similar sleek designs as the drivers. Updates on player testing of the new woods will be provided as they become available. The GT fairway woods offer players additional options for their bag, with a focus on performance and aesthetics. Golf enthusiasts can view more in-hand photos of the Titleist GT drivers and fairway woods on the GolfWRX website.

Overall, the release of the Titleist GT drivers and fairway woods has generated excitement among fans of the brand. The new line of clubs represents Titleist’s commitment to innovation and performance in golf equipment. Players can expect improved aerodynamics, adjustability, and forgiveness in the GT drivers, along with sleek designs that align with Titleist’s reputation for quality and craftsmanship. Stay tuned for more updates on player feedback and performance reviews of the Titleist GT clubs.
