The LA Rams have recently launched a collaboration with Malbon Golf, featuring a limited six-piece collection that combines street style detailing with the Rams’ signature cobalt and yellow scripting. This apparel collaboration celebrates both parties’ Los Angeles roots and is the first for the Rams of the 2024 season. The collection includes one hat and five polo and layering piece options, each featuring the Malbon “Buckets” logo with the Rams’ throwback dual-colored helmet.
The Rams’ chief marketing officer, Kathryn Kai-ling Frederick, stated that many of the players consider golf to be their favorite pastime during the offseason. With the support of Malbon, they are aiming to make golf a team sport. The pieces in the collection are designed to be versatile, allowing for styling with golf trousers on the course or jeans for a more upscale, yet lowkey, look after the game. The collection includes a statement wool varsity jacket, a coach-style nylon zip jacket, a v-neck pullover, a sand-toned hoodie, and the popular polo, which sold out within two hours after its launch.
The collaboration between Malbon Golf and the LA Rams aims to disrupt the status quo and offer fans a new way to represent their favorite team on the golf course and in everyday life. The pieces in the collection are unisex and range in price from $50 to $500, catering to fans of golf, football, and fashion. As of now, two pieces have already sold out, leaving four options still available: the hat, hoodie varsity jacket, and limited size options for the pullover jacket. The collaboration reflects the shared values of both brands and their commitment to providing fans with high-quality, stylish apparel that represents their team in a unique and fashionable way.
