Matteo Manassero in the lead at BMW PGA Championship, Rory McIlroy tied for 2nd place

Matteo Manassero is making a strong comeback at the BMW PGA Championship, firing a 9-under 63 to take a three-shot lead over Rory McIlroy and Billy Horschel. Manassero had struggled with his game in recent years, focusing on gaining more distance, but he seems to have found his form once again.
