The TaylorMade P·7CB irons are designed for consistent ballstrikers and elite golfers who want a touch of forgiveness to go along with a compact, control-oriented iron. These irons are the latest addition to the TaylorMade P Series, known for providing enhanced control and feel for more-accomplished golfers. The P·7CB irons fill the gap between the P·7MC and P·770, offering a balance of forgiveness and performance for players looking for ultimate control on the course.

Each P·7CB head is forged using 1025 carbon steel, with two pockets milled into the sole. These pockets are filled with a metal matrix composite (MMC) material and tungsten, strategically placed to optimize weight distribution and improve the center of gravity location. By replacing some of the steel with lighter materials and concentrating weight in specific areas, TaylorMade has created a precise and highly responsive iron that delivers consistent performance for skilled players.

The machined hitting area and grooves on the P·7CB irons ensure that the face is perfectly flat, allowing good players to generate the spin needed to execute various shot shapes with ease. The design of the P·7CB blends in with the other P Series irons, featuring an anti-glare Tour Satin finish, a thin sole, minimal offset, and a thin topline. These visual cues, along with the traditional lofts and slightly wider sole, make the P·7CB a versatile and reliable iron for low-handicap golfers seeking precision in their game.

The TaylorMade P·7CB irons are priced at $1,399.99 for a set of seven clubs and come standard with True Temper Dynamic Gold Mid 115 steel shafts and Golf Price Z grips. These irons will be available for pre-order on July 31 and should hit stores on September 6, giving players the opportunity to upgrade their equipment and improve their performance on the course. With a focus on quality craftsmanship, advanced technology, and player feedback, the TaylorMade P·7CB irons are poised to become a top choice for serious golfers looking to elevate their game.
