England Golf has recently launched a series of Twilight Golf Leagues that aim to provide golfers across the country with new opportunities to play regular golf in a unique and fun format. The leagues will be held at different host venues, with each round being played over nine holes in a pairs betterball stableford format. Participants will have the chance to compete in their best five out of six rounds, with the final league position being determined by the total score. Additionally, there will be two leagues using a four-person team betterball format, allowing larger groups to join in on the fun.

James Crampton, Director of Championships at England Golf, expressed enthusiasm for the Twilight Golf Leagues, citing the importance of supporting golfers in their game and providing a platform for enjoyable team competition. The initiative aims to promote the growth of the game and invites golfers of all levels to participate in this fresh new concept. Participants can join a league for £30, with an additional green fee paid directly to the host venue for each round. Prizes will be up for grabs for those who excel in the leagues.

Craig Higgs, Managing Director of Golf Genius International, which is working with England Golf to manage the Twilight Golf Leagues, highlighted the goal of providing golfers with the chance to meet other enthusiasts through regular games while experiencing the club golf environment. The partnership aims to deliver a modern and technology-driven golfing experience that is easily accessible outside of work hours. Golfers can sign up for the leagues individually or as a team through the Golf Genius Golf Hub at https://bit.ly/Twilight-Golf-Leagues-2024.

The Twilight Golf Leagues offer golfers the opportunity to enjoy a mix of competition and camaraderie in a social setting. By playing in a league format over the course of several rounds, participants can improve their skills, build relationships with fellow golfers, and experience the thrill of friendly competition. The pairs betterball stableford and four-person team betterball formats cater to different group sizes and preferences, allowing golfers to choose the option that best suits their playing style.

The England Golf initiative aims to create a community of golfers who come together to share their passion for the game and support each other in their golfing journey. By participating in the Twilight Golf Leagues, golfers can connect with like-minded individuals, learn from each other, and enjoy the social aspect of golf. The leagues provide a structured and organized way for golfers to play regularly, stay motivated, and work towards improving their game.

Through the Twilight Golf Leagues, England Golf is leveraging the power of technology to enhance the golfing experience for participants. The partnership with Golf Genius International allows for seamless management of the leagues, ensuring that all aspects of the competition run smoothly and efficiently. By utilizing modern tools and platforms, England Golf is able to offer golfers a contemporary and user-friendly way to engage with the game and connect with other players.

Overall, the Twilight Golf Leagues represent a fresh and exciting approach to promoting golf and fostering a sense of community among golfers in England. By providing a fun and competitive outlet for golf enthusiasts of all levels, England Golf is cultivating a vibrant and supportive golfing culture across the country. Whether golfers are looking to challenge themselves, meet new friends, or simply enjoy a round of golf in a social setting, the Twilight Golf Leagues offer a rewarding and inclusive opportunity to engage with the game in a dynamic and engaging way.
