Dubai Creek Resort has recently been ranked as one of the top golf resorts in the world, coming in at #43 in the Golf World Top 100 World Resorts ranking for 2023. This prestigious ranking comes after the resort hosted the Dubai Invitational, where Tommy Fleetwood emerged victorious over Rory McIlroy in a thrilling competition. The resort, which includes the iconic sail-shaped clubhouse of Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Club and the luxurious Park Hyatt Dubai, is now considered the best golf resort in the UAE.

David Taggart, General Manager of Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Club, expressed his excitement about the ranking, stating that it is a testament to the hard work put in by the team at the resort. The recent accomplishment has put Dubai Creek Resort on the map as one of the Middle East’s premier golf destinations. With plans for further development and enhancement, the resort aims to climb even higher on the world rankings list.

Located in the north of Dubai, Dubai Creek Resort offers stunning cityscape views along the tranquil creek. The resort features an 18-hole championship course, a 9-hole par-3 course, a golf academy, six restaurants and bars, a gymnasium, tropical swimming pool, and a marina with 122 berths. The club has a rich history as Dubai’s second oldest golf course, celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2023.

Park Hyatt Dubai, located within Dubai Creek Resort, provides a luxurious setting for guests with creek-view rooms and villas, award-winning restaurants, and a luxury spa. The Twiggy Beach Club offers a relaxing beach experience with a 100-meter infinity lagoon leading to a private white sand beach. Together, Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Club and Park Hyatt Dubai create an unforgettable luxury getaway experience for visitors.

In January 2024, Dubai Creek Resort hosted the Dubai Invitational, the first DP World Tour event of the year. Sixty top players from the DP World Tour competed, with Tommy Fleetwood ultimately winning the tournament after a close battle with Rory McIlroy. Prior to the Dubai Invitational, Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Club had hosted the Dubai Desert Classic, one of the DP World Tour’s most prestigious events.

Dubai Golf, the company behind Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Club, also operates other top golf venues in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, including Emirates Golf Club and Jumeirah Golf Estates. Visitors can book tee times at Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Club and other Dubai Golf venues through the Viya app, which offers a convenient way to book golf, dining, and other experiences at various venues in the UAE.
