4. The majority of golfers who play right-handed also throw right-handed, but this is different for left-handed golfers.

5. The golf swing requires both strength and coordination, regardless of which hand is dominant.

6. Sasho’s Stack Training aid includes a screening process that measures golfers’ one-armed swings to assess speed.

7. When tested, right-handed golfers had a fairly even split in arm speed, while left-handed golfers were more likely to have their lead arm be faster.

8. The speed of each arm relative to your driver speed is what matters, not the difference between the two arms.

9. If one arm is significantly slower and can’t keep up with your driver speed, training one-armed swings can help improve overall speed.

10. Focus on training to speed up the slower arm rather than closing the gap between the two arms for maximum efficiency in your golf swing.
