A popular golf course in Cape Cod, Dennis Pines and Highlands, faced a setback when vandals damaged the greens by performing donuts on them. The course, which is a par 71, 6,500-yard course designed by Jack Kidwell and Mike Hurdzan and opened for play in 1984, suffered significant harm as a result of this senseless act of vandalism. Situated on 175 acres of pine and oak-covered rolling ground on the north side of Dennis, the course is a favorite among golf enthusiasts in the area.

The incident was reported on the course’s Facebook page, showcasing the extent of the damage caused by the vandals. The management of Dennis Pines and Highlands was disheartened by the destruction that occurred during the winter closure period. However, they are determined to rectify the situation and restore the greens to their former glory before the upcoming golf season. With the support of the local community and loyal patrons, the course is confident that they will be able to overcome this setback and continue to provide an exceptional golfing experience for all visitors.

In the meantime, golf enthusiasts are encouraged to explore other golfing options in Massachusetts while the repairs are being completed at Dennis Pines and Highlands. From public-access courses to private golf clubs, Massachusetts offers a diverse range of golfing experiences for players of all skill levels. Whether you prefer challenging championship courses or scenic seaside links, there is something for everyone to enjoy in the Bay State.

Despite the setback caused by the vandalism, Dennis Pines and Highlands remains committed to providing a top-notch golfing experience for all visitors. The course’s management is working tirelessly to repair the damage and ensure that the greens are in pristine condition for the upcoming season. With the support of the local community and dedicated staff members, the course is confident that they will be able to overcome this challenge and continue to thrive as a premier golfing destination in Cape Cod.

As the repairs are underway at Dennis Pines and Highlands, golf enthusiasts are encouraged to stay updated on the progress through the course’s website and social media channels.
