3 Key Points about Mizuno M.Craft X Putters

Mizuno has introduced a new line of putters called M.Craft X with an interchangeable design. Unlike traditional putters that are sold as a single unit, the M.Craft X putters allow golfers to purchase multiple parts and interchange them as desired. This unique feature provides golfers with a high level of customization options, allowing them to create the exact mid-mallet putter they are looking for.

The M.Craft X putters offer a range of customization options, including three different face assemblies with different neck designs (plumber, slant, bend) and three different back shapes (Four, Five, Six). These parts can be easily interchanged by the golfer using adjustable weight screws, making it simple to make adjustments without compromising feel. This flexibility is valuable for players who may want to make changes to their putter setup in the future.

Despite its adjustable design, the M.Craft X putters maintain a blade-like feel thanks to the forward position of the adjustable weights and the aluminum construction of the backs. This design enhances the moment of inertia (MOI) of the putter, providing forgiveness similar to larger mallet putters. This combination of stability and feel makes the M.Craft X putters ideal for golfers who prefer the look and stroke of a blade putter but desire the forgiveness of a mallet.

As is typical of Mizuno products, the M.Craft X putters are forged from a single piece of 1025 steel to ensure a classic Mizuno feel. The faces are CNC milled to optimize roll characteristics and enhance speed control for players. This attention to detail in the construction of the putter results in a high-quality product that delivers consistent performance on the greens.

The Mizuno M.Craft X putters will be available for pre-order starting on February 6th, with retail availability beginning on February 20th. The putters will come in two standard configurations at 35 inches ($399.99) and 38 inches ($449.99), providing options for golfers of different heights and preferences. The availability of these putters at various lengths and price points makes them accessible to a wide range of players looking to upgrade their putting game in 2025.

In conclusion, Mizuno’s M.Craft X putters offer golfers a level of customization and versatility that is not commonly found in traditional putters. With interchangeable parts and an adjustable design, players can tailor their putter to suit their individual preferences and playing style. The combination of mallet-like stability and blade-like feel, along with the classic Mizuno forged construction, makes the M.Craft X putters a compelling option for golfers seeking a high-quality, customizable putter for the upcoming season. Whether you are looking to improve your putting performance or simply add a new tool to your bag, the Mizuno M.Craft X putters are worth considering as you prepare for the 2025 golf season.
