He finished two shots ahead of Nyasha Mauchaza, with Kevin Hall and Cameron Riley tying for third at 2 under.
Mack, 35, dominated the first round of the tournament by firing a 9 under, resulting in a five-shot lead going into Sunday. Despite a tough front nine on the final day, where he dropped to 6 under due to blustery winds and four bogeys, Mack rallied on the back nine, shooting a 34 and securing a four-shot cushion heading into the final stretch.
