Is Laurie Canter’s return to the PGA Tour possible after his time with LIV Golf?

Laurie Canter, a 34-year-old Englishman, who is currently playing in the British Open at the Royal Troon Golf Club, is aiming to earn a spot on the PGA Tour through the DP World Tour’s Race to Dubai standings.
