Adidas has long been a trusted name in the golf shoe industry, offering high-performance options for golfers who want both style and functionality on the course. The Tour360 has been a staple for traditional-looking golf shoes, but in 2020, the company introduced something new for golfers looking for a fresh, sportier look – the original Code Chaos. Made with multi-layer mesh, this shoe was breathable, lightweight, and waterproof. The Code Chaos has since been updated, and special versions have been released, but now Adidas is gearing up to launch the Code Chaos 25.
The Code Chaos 25 is designed for golfers who want a shoe that combines high performance with a youthful and versatile look. It offers more stability and traction without sacrificing comfort, thanks to the addition of a 3D Torsion Plate in the outsole that reduces bending in the midfoot area and heel slipping during swings. Adidas also updated the TwistGrip lugs on the outsole to increase traction by up to 40 percent compared to the previous model.
In terms of cushioning and comfort, Adidas has combined Boost and Lightstrike materials to create a hybrid midsole for the Code Chaos 25. The top of the shoe features a flexible, multi-layer knit material with a transparent polyurethane film for waterproofing and a stylish look. There are both traditional lace-up and BOA versions of the Code Chaos 25 available for both men and women. The BOA version features a unique system called PerformFit Wrap, allowing golfers to adjust the fit of the shoe with a simple dial.
The Adidas Code Chaos 25 is priced at $160 for the men’s laced version and $180 for the BOA version, while the women’s laced version is also $160 and the women’s BOA edition is $180. The shoes are set to hit store shelves on August 1, giving golfers plenty of time to try them out before hitting the course. With its combination of performance, style, and comfort, the Adidas Code Chaos 25 is sure to be a hit among golfers looking for a modern twist on traditional golf shoes.
