The Xperimental Golo 6.2 Ltd putter by Cameron is a limited-edition offering that is highly sought after by weekend golfers. Crafted by master craftsman Scotty Cameron, this putter incorporates Tour-only attributes that set it apart from the current retail line. With a retail price of $800, this putter is designed to provide golfers with a true Tour feel and performance that is commonly found in putters with higher price tags.

One of the standout features of the Xperimental Golo 6.2 putter is its Chromatic Bronze finish, which is achieved through a proprietary manufacturing process. This unique finish not only adds a touch of elegance to the putter but also reduces glare at address, helping golfers focus on their alignment and stroke. The putter’s topline is manually misted and the face is hand-buffed, creating a premium look and feel that is synonymous with high-end putters.

In addition to its striking appearance, the Xperimental Golo 6.2 putter also features two adjustable sole weights in the heel and toe. These weights allow golfers to fine-tune the feel and performance of the putter based on their preferences and stroke characteristics. Unlike the retail Super Select Golo 6 putter, the Xperimental Golo 6.2 utilizes an I-beam-style plumber’s neck to promote a more blade-like rotation during the stroke, providing golfers with enhanced control and consistency on the greens.

The Xperimental Golo 6.2 putter also boasts a new chain-link face milling technology that combines the soft feel of a deep-milled putter with the consistency and feedback of a mid-milled design. This innovative milling pattern is exclusive to this putter and enhances the overall performance and feel of the club. Additionally, golfers can customize the stainless steel sole weights (10, 15, and 20 grams) to match the length of the putter (33, 34, and 35 inches), further personalizing their experience with the club.

According to Austie Rollinson, Scotty Cameron’s senior director of putter R&D, the Xperimental Golo 6.2 Ltd putter was developed based on feedback from tour players who were looking for different setups with the Golo 6 head size. The addition of the plumbing neck and Chromatic Bronze finish, along with the familiar view from address and trusted neck design, make this putter a beautiful and high-performance option for golfers looking to take their game to the next level. The limited-edition Xperimental Golo 6.2 putter will be available on 9/27 for $800.

For golfers looking to upgrade their equipment for 2024, the Xperimental Golo 6.2 Ltd putter by Cameron is a must-have addition to their bag. With its premium design, innovative features, and high-performance capabilities, this limited-edition putter is sure to enhance the putting experience for golfers of all skill levels. To experience the unmatched performance of the Xperimental Golo 6.2 putter, golfers can visit True Spec Golf to find a fitting location near them.
