Trump International Scotland has announced that its new Macleod Course, designed by Martin Hawtree, will be open for play next summer. The course is described as a ‘modern links’ with a unique combination of sand dunes, heathland, and expansive wetland areas. Executive Vice President of The Trump Organisation, Eric Trump, expressed excitement about creating the “greatest 36 holes on earth” through two magnificent golf courses on the stunning Aberdeenshire coastline.

The Macleod Course at Trump International Scotland, near Aberdeen, is currently growing in ahead of its scheduled opening next summer. Sarah Malone, Executive Vice President of Trump International Scotland, highlighted the extraordinary progress made since breaking ground last spring. She emphasized that the new course is unlike any other links course ever built and is exceeding all expectations. A world-class team has been working tirelessly to create one of the great wonders in the world of golf.

Paul McGinley, Legends Tour player and former Ryder Cup captain, visited the course earlier this year and shared his positive impressions. He mentioned that the addition of the new golf course will not only provide a great golfing experience but also stunning views of the North Sea from most holes. McGinley praised the significant investment being made in the north east of Scotland to enhance its reputation as a historic golfing destination.

The Trump Organisation is confident that the Macleod Course will offer a truly unique and world-class golfing experience. The combination of natural elements such as sand dunes, heathland, and wetland areas, along with the expertise of architects, engineers, and environmental scientists, is expected to make this course a standout in the golfing world. The aim is to create the best 36 holes in golf and tap into the endless potential offered by the location in Scotland.

With construction progressing well and the course set to open next summer, anticipation is building for the unveiling of the Macleod Course at Trump International Scotland. The breathtaking setting on the Aberdeenshire coastline, coupled with the promise of an exceptional golfing experience, is generating excitement among golf enthusiasts and industry professionals alike. The addition of this new course is expected to elevate Scotland’s status as a premier golfing destination.

The blend of natural beauty, skilled design, and high-quality construction at the Macleod Course reflects the Trump Organisation’s commitment to excellence in the world of golf. By investing in creating top-notch facilities and experiences for golfers, the organisation aims to attract visitors from around the globe and solidify its reputation as a leader in the golf industry. The Macleod Course is poised to become a must-play destination for golfers seeking a memorable and challenging round in a stunning Scottish landscape.
