Upscale garage condos are coming to Sauk Rapids, Minnesota with the development of 404 Garage Condos. The first phase of construction will consist of 10 units and a clubhouse equipped with a golf simulator, a bar, and multiple televisions for the community members.
Set to open at the end of this year or early 2025, 404 Garage Condos will be valued as $200,000 single-family homes. Each unit will be equipped with plumbing for a bathroom or kitchen, although code regulations prohibit people from living in them.
