The Challenge Tour Grand Final ended with a dramatic finish as Rasmus Neergaard-Petersen missed out on the title due to three bogeys in the final seven holes. This allowed Kristoffer Reitan to claim the trophy. The event not only determined the winner but also awarded 22 DP World Tour cards, with the 22nd spot becoming available due to some players already securing their cards earlier in the season. Among the players who secured their cards are a mix of experienced players like Alex Levy and Tapio Pulkkanen, as well as young talents like Angel Ayora.

Rasmus Neergaard-Petersen, a Dane, had already secured his DP World Tour membership through three Challenge Tour wins in 2024. Despite leading by three going into the back nine of the final day of the Challenge Tour Grand Final, he ultimately missed out on a fourth victory. John Parry, a former DP World Tour winner, also secured his card with three victories in 2024. Oliver Lindell, despite not winning in 2024, earned his card with consistent top 10 finishes.

Young talent like Angel Ayora, 20, and Hamish Brown, who secured wins at the Hainan Open and Kaskáda Golf Challenge, will be making their DP World Tour debut next season. Conor Purcell, Kristoffer Reitan, and Joakim Lagergren also earned their cards through strong performances. Players like Jack Senior, Joel Moscatel, and Mikael Lundberg will be making their return to the DP World Tour, having had past experience on the circuit.

Experienced players like Alex Levy and Benjamin Hebert will also be returning to the DP World Tour after securing their cards. Robin Williams, though not featuring in the Grand Final, already had his card secured. Deon Germishuys, Bjorn Akesson, and Brandon Robinson-Thompson also earned their cards through their performances. Tapio Pulkkanen and Pierre Pineau, both from France, will also be returning to the DP World Tour.

Nicolai von Dellingshausen and Lucas Bjerregaard rounded out the list of 22 players who earned their spots on the DP World Tour next season. With a mix of experienced players and young talents, the upcoming season promises to be exciting and competitive. Fans can look forward to seeing these players compete on the world stage and showcase their skills. The Challenge Tour Grand Final provided a thrilling conclusion to the season, setting the stage for what is sure to be an action-packed DP World Tour season in 2025.
