The Asian Tour’s final event of the 2024 season, the PIF Saudi International, has reached its halfway stage with Joaquin Niemann, Cameron Smith, Logan McAllister, and Peter Uihlein sharing the lead at 11-under-par. The tournament offers a $1 million top prize, as well as the chance for a non LIV player to earn a full card for the 2025 LIV Golf League season if they top the leaderboard. Uihlein currently leads the International Series standings with two victories in three months.

At Riyadh Golf Club, Niemann, Smith, Uihlein, and McAllister are leading the pack, followed closely by Tyrrell Hatton, Jason Kokrak, Steve Lewton, and Travis Smyth at 10-under. Louis Oosthuizen and Matt Jones round out the top 10 at nine-under. Seven LIV players occupy the top 11 spots at the halfway stage, with other top performers like Eugenio Chacarra, Jinichiro Kozuma, Kevin Na, and Thomas Pieters also in contention at eight-under.

Players who made the cut in Saudi Arabia include Patrick Reed, Abraham Ancer, Matt Wolff, Richard Bland, Talor Gooch, and Martin Kaymer. However, major players like Dustin Johnson, Sergio Garcia, and Bubba Watson struggled and missed the weekend, along with 14 other LIV players. The leaderboard at the PIF Saudi International is shaping up with Niemann, Smith, and Uihlein tied for the lead, followed closely by Hatton and Kokrak.
