Emphasizing the Popular Feature: Golf Pride’s New Align Max Grips

In the world of golf grips, Golf Pride has introduced a new technology called Align Max grips. These grips feature a larger reminder ridge compared to the original Align grips that were released in 2017. The Align technology aims to promote consistent hand placement by adding a visible raised reminder ridge along the underside of the grip, helping players be aware of the clubface position throughout the swing. This technology has been popular among Tour pros and amateur golfers alike, with Xander Schauffele even using MCC Align grips to win major championships in 2024.

Reminder grips have been around since the 1950s, but Golf Pride’s Align grips have taken the concept to a new level of success. The company received feedback from players who wanted an even more pronounced ridge, leading to the development of the Align Max grips. With the new Align Max grips, Golf Pride has made the ridge 25 percent higher and extended it further down the grip, maximizing the benefits of the raised rib. The Align Max grips have already seen success on the Tour, with Harris English winning the Farmers Insurance Open using a full set of Align Max grips in his first week.

Golf Pride’s President, James Ledford, emphasized the brand’s commitment to designing grips that inspire confidence in golfers. The Align Max grips have been designed to provide golfers with the confidence that their hands are in the right place every shot, resulting in unparalleled consistency. The company invested millions in designing the Align Max grips, with the ridge now being built directly into the core of the grip. Compared to the original Align grips, the Align Max ridge features a smooth texture and a firmer feel, making it easier to install.

The Align Max grips come in both MCC and MCC Plus4 models in standard and midsize options, providing players with a variety of choices to suit their preferences. The new technology has been well-received by golfers looking to enhance their performance on the course. Golf Pride’s Align Max grips offer a unique combination of comfort, consistency, and confidence, making them a popular choice among players looking to improve their game. Whether you’re a Tour pro or an amateur golfer, upgrading to Align Max grips could be a game-changer for your performance on the green.
