Cameron Champ secured his third PGA Tour victory at the 2021 3M Open with a final-round 5-under 66. Champ’s impressive performance showcased his skill and talent on the golf course, leading to his well-deserved win. To get a closer look at the gear Champ used during the tournament, let’s take a trip back in time to see what clubs he had in play three years ago.

Champ’s driver of choice at the time was the Ping G425 LST with a loft of 10.5 degrees set at 9 degrees, equipped with a 14g CG shifter in a neutral position. The shaft paired with his driver was the Mitsubishi Tensei AV Raw White 75 TX, measuring 45.25 inches in length and tipped 1.5 inches to achieve a D6+ swing weight. For his irons, Champ relied on a combination of Ping i500 (3, 4) and Ping iBlade (4-PW) models, both featuring True Temper Dynamic Gold Tour Issue X7 shafts.

In the wedge department, Champ opted for TaylorMade MG Hi-Toe Raw wedges in 52, 56, and 60 degrees, paired with True Temper Dynamic Gold Tour Issue S400 shafts. His putter of choice was the Ping Prototype PLD Anser 4, a trusted club in his bag for sinking crucial putts on the greens. Champ also trusted the Srixon Z-Star XV golf ball to deliver consistent performance and control throughout his rounds. To complete his setup, he used Golf Pride Tour Velvet Align 58 grips with an added three wraps for a comfortable and secure feel.
