The Punta Mita Invitational offers golf enthusiasts the opportunity to play alongside some of the biggest names in golf at the stunning Punta Mita resort in Nayarit, Mexico. This ultra-luxe pro-am takes place on the resort’s Jack Nicklaus Signature designs, Pacifico and Bahia, where participants can enjoy four rounds of golf during a five-night stay at the luxurious St. Regis Punta Mita. The resort recently completed a $45 million renovation and is situated on a private peninsula surrounded by beaches and lush tropical flora.

The 2024 edition of the tournament featured PGA Tour winners Chris DiMarco, Boo Weekley, and John Rollins, major champion Michael Campbell, and PGA Tour champions winner Esteban Toledo. Participants played alongside these pros over three days on the Pacifico and Bahia courses. The tournament also included a special event where tour pros played a different match-play format on the first few holes of the Pacifico course, with Brendon de Jonge and Esteban Toledo emerging as the winners.

In the upcoming 2025 edition of the tournament, participants and their guests will have the opportunity to enjoy Punta Mita’s amenities, including access to tournament dinners, cocktail hours, and events. Staying onsite provides convenient access to the resort’s amenities, such as the golf course and beachfront bar located next to the 18th green. The Punta Mita Invitational offers a unique experience where participants can form bonds and friendships both on and off the course, creating memories that last a lifetime.

Unlike traditional pro-ams, the Punta Mita Invitational provides a more intimate and exclusive experience reminiscent of a member-guest event. Participants have the opportunity to interact with pros not only on the course but also at the beach, bar, and meals, fostering a sense of camaraderie and friendship. The tournament is a one-of-a-kind experience that leaves participants eagerly anticipating their next opportunity to attend.

Those interested in participating in the Punta Mita Invitational can inquire about the next tournament dates, which are set for March 10-15, 2025. This event promises to be a memorable experience for golf enthusiasts looking to play on world-class courses alongside golf legends and enjoy the luxurious amenities of the Punta Mita resort. Don’t miss your chance to be a part of this exclusive event by submitting your inquiry today.
