Grant Horvat, a popular social media star with nearly a million YouTube subscribers, recently announced a content collaboration with professional golfer Rory McIlroy. The announcement was made on his Instagram stories and shared on X by NUCLRGOLF, with a picture of Horvat and McIlroy with the message “Tomorrow 12pm est @rorymcilroy.” This collaboration with McIlroy is just the latest in a series of high-profile partnerships for Horvat, who has previously worked with players like Sergio Garcia, Jon Rahm, Collin Morikawa, and Tony Finau. These videos typically involve Horvat challenging the professionals to a round of golf, starting five-under par.

In addition to his collaborations with professional golfers, Horvat also released a video with Phil Mickelson in November, announcing a 2v2 series launching in January where they will compete against other celebrities and professionals. In a humorous video, they revealed McIlroy as their favorite player. Despite having to wait until Monday for more details on his collaboration with McIlroy, it is expected to be a big hit, as Horvat’s videos with professionals typically garner over a million views. This announcement comes amidst a busy start to the year for the 26-year-old, who recently received a golf lesson from Tiger Woods in a video released earlier in the month.

Away from the golf course, Horvat made headlines for his ownership deal with Finnish golf club brand Takomo Golf, which includes the use of their irons and wedges. This deal was followed by fellow YouTubers The Bryan Bros signing a similar ownership deal with the manufacturer. With these partnerships and collaborations, Horvat continues to solidify his presence in the golf community and expand his reach as a social media influencer. Fans can subscribe to the Golf Monthly newsletter to stay updated on the latest tour news, equipment news, reviews, head-to-heads, and buyer’s guides from their team of experts.

As Horvat’s popularity and influence in the golf world grow, his collaborations with top players like McIlroy only enhance his reputation and reach. By partnering with high-profile professionals, Horvat is able to attract a wider audience and engage with fans on a deeper level. His videos, which often feature challenges and friendly competition with these players, provide viewers with entertaining content while also showcasing Horvat’s skills and personality. This unique approach sets him apart from traditional golf media and has contributed to his success as a social media influencer.

The upcoming collaboration with McIlroy is highly anticipated by fans and industry insiders alike, as it promises to be another exciting and engaging video from Horvat. With his track record of successful partnerships and entertaining content, the collaboration with McIlroy is expected to be a major hit and further cement Horvat’s status as a leading figure in the golf influencer space. As he continues to push boundaries and explore new opportunities, Horvat shows no signs of slowing down and remains a key player in shaping the future of golf content on social media. Stay tuned for the release of the collaboration video with McIlroy on Horvat’s YouTube channel.
