The PGA Tour will be heading to Texas for the Charles Schwab Challenge after an eventful PGA Championship. The tournament will take place at the Colonial Country Club, which has been hosting the event for 78 years, making it the longest-running host venue among non-majors.

Defending champion Emiliano Grillo will be looking to retain his title after surviving a playoff in 2023. The field for this year’s Charles Schwab Challenge includes top players such as Scottie Scheffler, Collin Morikawa, Max Homa, Brian Harman, and Jordan Spieth, who had a strong track record at the event before missing the cut last year.

Players like Billy Horschel and Justin Rose, who both finished in the top 10 at Valhalla, will also be looking to continue their good form at the Charles Schwab Challenge. Michael Block, who had a strong performance at a major earlier this year, will also be teeing off at the tournament.

The winner of the Charles Schwab Challenge will receive 500 FedEx Cup points and a $1.638 million cut of the $9.1 million purse. Fans can catch live coverage of the tournament on Golf Channel and CBS, with PGA Tour Live streaming available on ESPN+.

The tournament will feature a strong field of players, including Kevin Kisner, Webb Simpson, Zach Johnson, Scottie Scheffler, Billy Horschel, and Jordan Spieth. The event will take place over four days, with tee times scheduled throughout the day.

The Charles Schwab Challenge will showcase some exciting matchups, with players like Collin Morikawa, Sepp Straka, Justin Rose, Tony Finau, and Max Homa competing for the title. The tournament promises to be a thrilling event for golf fans, with plenty of action on the course.

Stay tuned for updates, results, and highlights from the Charles Schwab Challenge as the world’s best golfers vie for victory at Colonial Country Club. The tournament promises to provide plenty of drama and excitement as players compete for the prestigious title and valuable FedEx Cup points.
