Cleveland Golf has released their latest RTX 6 ZipCore Custom Wedge, priced at $169.99. These new wedges are specifically designed to maximize spin performance across various lies on the golf course, including fairway, rough, sand, and wet conditions. With the combination of the new HydraZip face, UltiZip grooves, and upgraded ZipCore technology, these wedges aim to improve spin regardless of the conditions.

HydraZip technology is a key feature of the RTX 6 ZipCore Wedges, designed to maximize spin in both wet and dry conditions. The dynamic blast and laser-milled line system work together to provide consistent spin performance around the green, no matter the circumstances. The design of the wedges includes specific patterns for loft groupings of 46°–48°, 50°–52°, and 54°–60°, ensuring that each loft receives the optimal blast and laser lines for the best spin performance.

The ZipCore technology utilized in these wedges places the Center of Gravity right where the ball is struck, resulting in more consistent performance and enhanced forgiveness. This technology also adds an abundance of high/low and heel/toe Moment of Inertia (MOI) into each loft, helping to increase spin, consistency, feel, and control with every shot. This means that golfers can expect improved performance and more control over their wedge shots.

UltiZip is another key feature of the RTX 6 ZipCore Wedges, providing a specialized sequence of deep groove lines with the sharpest groove radii ever seen in Cleveland Golf wedges. The tighter grooves offer superior bite on the ball, while the deeper grooves create space for debris to evacuate the impact zone, ensuring clean contact and maximum spin. This combination of technologies in the wedges aims to provide golfers with the tools they need to tackle any lie on the course with confidence.

In summary, the Cleveland Golf RTX 6 ZipCore Custom Wedge is designed to unlock maximum spin performance in all conditions, from wet rough to dry fairways. The HydraZip face, UltiZip grooves, and ZipCore technology work together to provide golfers with improved consistency, feel, and control on their wedge shots. With a focus on maximizing spin and forgiveness, these wedges are a valuable addition to any golfer’s bag.
