Justin Timberlake’s golf company acquires hundreds of acres in Nashville neighborhood for proposed 18-hole course

A luxury golfing company backed by Justin Timberlake has announced plans to open an 18-hole course just eight miles northwest of downtown Nashville. The company, The Farm Nashville, which is affiliated with 8AM Golf, recently purchased approximately 112 acres of land for $7.5 million, bringing their total acreage in the Whites Creek neighborhood to about 475 acres. This latest acquisition is part of a series of land deals by the company, which also purchased 363 acres in 2022 for $22.5 million.

According to the company’s website, 8AM Golf is developing an 18-hole private course called Bounty Club on the 363 acres of land they acquired in 2022. The course will have a “highly curated” membership profile and Justin Timberlake is listed as a partner at 8AM Golf. 8AM Golf, which is the owner of various golf-related companies including Golf.com and Golf magazine, has appointed golf course architecture firm King-Collins to design the Bounty Club course. King-Collins is known for designing the highly ranked Sweetens Cove in South Pittsburg, Tennessee.

The Bounty Club course is set to join existing luxurious and exclusive golf clubs in the Nashville area such as Troubadour Golf and Field Club, The Grove, Belle Meade Country Club, and Richland Country Club. With the city’s growing population, securing tee times at local courses has become increasingly difficult, leading to the rise of indoor, simulator-style golf options. This new prestigious golf club by 8AM Golf and Justin Timberlake is expected to attract golf enthusiasts in the Nashville area seeking a top-tier golfing experience.

In addition to his involvement in the luxury golfing industry, Justin Timberlake also owns a portion of Lower Broadway’s Twelve Thirty Club, a popular entertainment venue in downtown Nashville. The club was developed in collaboration with restaurateur Sam Fox of Fox Restaurant Concepts. Timberlake’s ventures in Nashville reflect his passion for the city and its vibrant entertainment and leisure scene. As a well-known musician, actor, and now golf enthusiast, Timberlake continues to expand his business portfolio and make a mark in various industries.
