Vanderbilt University recently unveiled its newly renovated Golf House at Vanderbilt Legends Club, boasting one of the best practice facilities in all of college golf. The $11 million renovation expanded the facility by two-thirds, adding luxurious amenities such as country-club style locker rooms, lounges, patios, a state-of-the-art gym, and training facility. The new facility includes a Hall of Fame dedicated to top pro golfers who have graduated from the Vanderbilt program, including PGA Tour pros Brandt Snedeker and Luke List, as well as LPGA pros Marina Alex and Auston Kim. Snedeker, a nine-time PGA Tour winner, was among the donors who helped fund the renovations.

The renovated Vanderbilt Golf House is sure to attract the attention of top high school golfers across the country. With its impressive facilities and history of producing successful pro golfers, such as Gordon Sargent, who won the NCAA individual championship in 2022 and the Mark H. McCormack Medal in 2023, Vanderbilt is positioned as a top destination for aspiring golfers. Sargent, who currently holds the title of the top-ranked amateur golfer in the world, has already played in prestigious events like the U.S. Open, Open Championship, and the Masters. Despite earning his PGA Tour card through PGA Tour University, Sargent chose to defer his tour card to continue playing for Vanderbilt in the upcoming season.

With the support of donors like Brandt Snedeker, Vanderbilt continues to invest in its golf program and set new standards for college golf facilities.

The exquisite amenities of the Vanderbilt Golf House, including the state-of-the-art training facility and Hall of Fame, create an inspiring environment for aspiring golfers to hone their skills and follow in the footsteps of successful alumni. With star alumni like Brandt Snedeker and Luke List, Vanderbilt has a rich golfing history that is sure to attract top talent from around the country.
