PXG introduces Gen7 irons, Black Ops irons, and Sugar Daddy III wedges

PXG, or Parsons Xtreme Golf, has recently unveiled their latest additions to their lineup, including the 0311 Gen7 irons, Black Ops irons, and Sugar Daddy III wedges. While the internal technology features of these clubs have not been revealed yet, early pictures suggest some improvements to the popular 0311 iron line.

The newest 0311 Gen7 irons retain the signature aggressive styling that PXG is known for, with the addition of a titanium ring around the middle weight to fine-tune swing weight and feel. This change likely helps save mass and increase the moment of inertia by redistributing weight to the heel and toe of the irons. The Black Ops irons, on the other hand, appear to be a stand-alone game improvement offering with a cast body construction, potentially at a lower price point than the Gen7 irons.

The Sugar Daddy III wedges seem to be an evolution of PXG’s popular fully milled line, offering more grind options and a new cavity design in the rear of the club for added stability and spin control. These wedges provide golfers with versatile options for their short game needs. The PXG 0311 Black Ops Custom Driver is also available, featuring advanced technology for improved distance and forgiveness.

PXG continues its tradition of offering exclusive fitting and purchasing access to military personnel, veterans, and first responders before the public launch on August 7th. Founder and CEO Bob Parsons emphasizes the importance of acknowledging and showing appreciation for these heroes, stating that the new clubs represent a significant leap forward in technology and performance.

For golfers looking to upgrade their bag in 2024, finding a fitting location near them at True Spec Golf can help ensure they have the right clubs for their game. With PXG’s latest offerings, golfers can expect top-of-the-line performance and technology to help improve their game on the course. Stay tuned for more information and a full technical breakdown of PXG’s newest irons and wedges.
