Pine Canyon Golf Club, located in Flagstaff, Arizona, recently completed a $6.4 million renovation that includes a longer and improved layout along with sustainable irrigation technology. The private course, originally designed by Jay Morrish and opened in 1994, features 18 holes that play 7,265 yards from the tips, along with a unique 19th hole called “Double or Nothin’” that offers a 100-yard shot to an island green. The renovation aimed to enhance visuals and playability while incorporating new technology in the irrigation system to improve water efficiency.

As part of the renovation announcement, 12 high-end homes are now available for sale in the high country of Pine Canyon. Developed by Symmetry Companies, the homes are part of an exclusive enclave called Ghost Tree, with prices starting at $3 million. This marks the first time new homes have been available at Pine Canyon since 2021, when all 26 homesites at Pine Run sold out in one day. The name Ghost Tree pays homage to an iconic Ponderosa Pine with an Osprey nest atop it.

The golf community at Pine Canyon encompasses nearly 600 acres, with the $6.4 million renovation being the largest investment in the course’s history. Michael Kuhn & Associates were responsible for the renovation, which aimed to create a more visually appealing and playable golf course while incorporating sustainable irrigation technology to improve water efficiency. In addition to golf, Pine Canyon offers a full-service spa, fitness facilities, and various outdoor recreational activities such as a soccer pitch, flag football field, and whiffleball diamond.

The renovation has been well-received by members who appreciate the enhanced playability and aesthetics of the course. With the new homes at Ghost Tree now available for sale, potential buyers have the opportunity to live in an exclusive enclave within the Pine Canyon community. The homes offer luxurious amenities and stunning views of the golf course, making them an ideal choice for those seeking a high-end living experience in Flagstaff, Arizona.

Overall, the $6.4 million renovation at Pine Canyon Golf Club has brought significant improvements to the course, enhancing both the playability and visual appeal for members and visitors. The addition of high-end homes at Ghost Tree further elevates the exclusive lifestyle and amenities available at Pine Canyon, making it a desirable destination for those looking to live in a premier golf community in Flagstaff, Arizona.
