Review of ECCO LT1 Golf Shoes

ECCO is known for its comfortable and high-quality golf shoes, and the ECCO LT1 is no exception. These shoes feature advanced construction techniques and high-quality materials that make them a techno-marvel for golfers. The yak leather uppers are soft and supple, providing maximum comfort on the course.

The ECCO LT1 has a clean, contemporary look that could easily be mistaken for a court shoe. The white leather uppers have micro-holes that create subtle stripes, adding visual interest. The navy blue sole with over 100 traction elements makes it clear that these are golf shoes, not for other sports. The shoe also comes in concrete and black colorways.

Out of the box, the ECCO LT1 may feel a little snug across the forefoot, but they quickly break in after some wear. The fit around the ankles and heels is excellent, providing comfort and a secure fit. Breathability is good, even in hot conditions. For golfers with wider feet, removing the insole may provide a better fit. The shoes run slightly small, so it’s recommended to consult the ECCO foot length measurement chart.

The ECCO LT1 features FLUIDFORM technology, which bonds the sole to the upper seamlessly without the use of glue or stitching. The midsole is made of PHORENE for energy return and shock absorption, while the ECCO LYTR foam is lightweight and responsive. The E-DTS NET outsole provides ample traction with over 800 traction angles. The red X-shaped shank and X-TENSA INVSBL elements offer stability and support.

Overall, the ECCO LT1 hybrid golf shoes are stylish and functional, with excellent traction, stability, and waterproofing. The white and blue color combination is versatile and pairs well with most golf attire. While the fit may vary for different foot shapes, the performance of the LT1 is top-notch. The only downside may be the Ortholite insole, which could use more cushioning. Regardless, the LT1 is a worthy addition to ECCO’s lineup.

In conclusion, the ECCO LT1 golf shoes are a top choice for golfers looking for comfort, style, and performance on the course. With innovative technology and high-quality materials, these shoes deliver on all fronts. Whether you’re walking the course or riding in a cart, the ECCO LT1 provides the stability and traction you need for a successful round. Consider trying them on in-store to ensure the best fit for your feet.
