Hogan Golf has been making waves in the golf industry with their direct-to-consumer approach and high-quality products at affordable prices. Their PTX Tour irons have been especially well-received, earning a spot amongst the best irons of 2024. Recently, the company released a new junior package set that caught the attention of many, including myself.

The FTS package sets are available in boy’s and girl’s configurations, with options for three different age ranges: 3-5, 6-8, and 9-12. The sets come with an increasing number of clubs as the age range goes up, with the 9-12 set including a 22˚ hybrid in addition to a driver, 9-iron, 7-iron, and putter. The clubs are thoughtfully designed to be appropriate in length and weight for junior golfers, making it easy for them to swing and get the ball airborne.

The bag that comes with the set is well-designed, featuring a stand and ample pockets for storage. It also includes a rain hood and a dual strap for easy carrying, making it convenient for young golfers to transport their clubs around the course. The clubs themselves are well-constructed and deliver a satisfying ‘ping’ off the clubface, particularly in the driver and hybrid. The putter is also notable for its face insert, giving the set a premium feel.

In terms of both looks and performance, the Hogan Golf junior package set stands out as one of the best in its category. Priced at just £139.99 for the 9-12 set, with lower age ranges available at even more affordable prices, the value for money is exceptional. Whether you are looking to introduce your child to the sport of golf or upgrade their current set, this junior package set is definitely worth considering. It is a great option for young golfers looking to improve their game and enjoy their time on the course.
