The PGA Tour has made its way back to Texas for the third time this year as the 2024 CJ Cup Byron Nelson kicks off at TPC Craig Ranch in McKinney. Although the title sponsor has changed to CJ Cup, the tournament itself has been around since 1940. The defending champion, Jason Day, will be vying for another win on the 7,414-yard, par-71 course, with local favorites Jordan Spieth and Tom Kim also in the field.

With a purse of $9.5 million, the winner of the CJ Cup Byron Nelson will take home $1.71 million along with 500 FedEx Cup points. There are high hopes for Day to defend his title and secure his first win in over a year. As the tournament begins, golf enthusiasts are eager to see who will emerge victorious and claim the coveted prize money and FedEx Cup points.

The odds and picks to win the Byron Nelson are always a hot topic among golf fans, as they analyze the players’ standings and potential outcomes. The tee times for the first round of the tournament have been set, with players like Kevin Chappell, Wesley Bryan, Vincent Norrman, and others scheduled to tee off at different times throughout the day. Golf enthusiasts can catch all the action on TV or via streaming services.

For those looking to watch the tournament, ESPN+ is the exclusive home of PGA Tour Live. Additionally, Golf Channel and CBS will also be broadcasting the event, with coverage available on Sirius XM as well. Fans can tune in to watch their favorite players compete for the title and follow their progress throughout each round of the competition.

In addition to watching the tournament, golf enthusiasts may also be interested in the latest equipment available for purchase. Whether it’s drivers, irons, putters, or golf balls, having the best equipment can make a significant difference in a player’s performance on the course. By staying up to date on the latest gear, golfers can ensure they have the tools they need to improve their game and reach their full potential.
