Cobra Golf has recently launched its new DS-ADAPT line of metalwoods and irons, which not only feature cutting-edge technology but also emphasize precision tuning and adjustability. The core philosophy behind Cobra Golf’s latest innovations is to ensure that the clubs fit the golfer perfectly, as no amount of technological advancements matter if the clubs are not a good fit. The DS-ADAPT line includes four new driver models: DS-ADAPT LS, DS-ADAPT X, DS-ADAPT MAX-K, and DS-ADAPT MAX-D.

At the heart of the DS-ADAPT line is Cobra’s innovative FUTUREFIT33 adjustable hosel system, which offers 33 unique loft and lie settings that can now be adjusted independently for the first time in a Cobra driver. This provides golfers with a wide range of fitting options on the fly. Jose Miraflor, VP of product architecture and consumer connections at Cobra Puma Golf, describes the new hosel system as a true breakthrough in metal wood fitting, offering more adjustable settings than ever before and allowing loft, lie, and face angle adjustments to be made independently.

Each of the four DS-ADAPT models caters to different types of golfers. For example, the DS-ADAPT LS model is designed for golfers with faster swing speeds, reducing spin off the tee and offering greater shot-shaping versatility. It features advanced aerodynamics, a compact address profile, and three adjustable weight ports for fine-tuning shot shapes. The DS-ADAPT X, MAX-K, and MAX-D models each have their own unique features tailored to specific player preferences and needs.

The new drivers also incorporate refined aerodynamics, adaptive weighting, PWR-BRIDGE, and H.O.T. Face Technology for increased face flex and greater distance, even on off-center strikes. The DS-ADAPT family will be available for fitting and pre-sale on December 12, with retail and online availability starting on January 10, 2025. Additionally, Cobra has provided a chart to show the flight from each setting, making it easier for players to find the best fit for their game.

Players can access the chart by scanning a QR code printed above the hosel, allowing them to quickly adjust and fine-tune their clubs for optimal performance. With the new DS-ADAPT line, golfers can benefit from the latest advancements in technology and adjustability, ensuring that their clubs fit their game perfectly. Cobra’s commitment to precision tuning and innovative technology makes the DS-ADAPT line a top choice for players looking to improve their performance on the course.
